A private message the airline receives when the handling provider signs the handling contract:
ABC has signed the service contract at the CITY station; this will take effect immediately. The contract can be terminated at any time; if cancelled, it will remain active until the next payment due date.
My suggestion is to link the word "CITY" station into the particular Station->Terminals tab, so the flights can be assigned to to this terminal immediately.
