6.2 Staff mood on a new sub

I think this is 6.2-related.

New subsidiary, has not yet had the first week-end closing yet.

On Personnel management page, the staff Mood is 1 green bar.

In Flight rating page, the staff Mood is 5 red bars.

If these people were hired just a few days ago, how can they be so unhappy? Why did they start working for my airline in the first pace then? Poor souls...

My first few flights resulted in substantially!!! worse image of the airline than before (than other startup subs). I mean - the current airline image is about half the values after the first flight than what should be the case for my setup (195, brand new, really good seats).

Currently there is a plan in place that should increase the performance of my employees by squeezing out union workers, probably they have joined your airline. ;)

Besides that very likely market aspect, I don't see this issue for my new Caribbean airline with values as normal.

That would be the first week-end closing with staff. The company has been established for about two weeks, but no planes and no staff until now.

I had the same issue in the past when I've adjusted the wages not before the first week-end closing even having no staff. I am not sure, whether it has had a 5-red-bar effect, but mood decreased slightly. While this is probably not 6.2 related, it doesn't make much sense, yes.
