i suggest add to a level seat: "Senior Economic " level seats,only can use from " Leisure " to the top level seats
the price of level seat:
Economic Seat: 100% standard price , highest price don't exceed:200% the standard price
Senior Econimic: 150% X economic seat standard price, highest price don't exceed:200% the standard price
Business Seat: 300% X econimic seat standard price, highest price don't exceed:150% the standard price
First Seat: 200% X business seat standard price, highest price don't exceed: 150% the standard price
