Aircraft condition falling

Hi!

As I have read in other threads aircraft condition should be fine if maintenance ratio is above 100%.
I have 4 A321LR, none of them older than 2,5 years, and maintenance ratio is between 166-236%, but the condition is falling! They are now at 53, 54, 77 and 77%. Contractor is QuickTech.

What am I doing wrong?

Is it one big block or are they spread out throughout the week?

The aircraft with the lowest condition is idle at home base with a maintenance window of 04:14 hours tuesday-saturday, 5 days.

You might want to try to get a window during Sunday or Monday. I try to never go more than 36 hours without a window on Long Haul and 24 on Short Haul
