Airports - bars and written designations

Different 4-bar airports are designated as farm track, village airport, and regional airport.

E.g.

Maringa - 4 bars - farm track

Londrina - 4 bars -  village airport

Iguassu Falls - 4 bars - regional airport

What is more indicative of the possible pax traffic that comes out of this airport?

The bar-designation (4-bars), or the word designation (farm track vs regional airport).

Or, a 5-bar airport (Cuiaba) is listed as village airport, while another 5-bar airport (Goiania) is listed as regional airport.

So I ask, what is more important? How many bars does airport have, or what is its written designation?

Would a 4 bars regional airport get more traffic than a 4 bars farm track?

And what about a 5 bars regional airport (Goiania) vs a 4 bars regional airport (Iguassu Falls)?

As far as I know bars are more important. The wording about airport size is to let you know the time of turnaround in that airport.

While in Farm Track turnaround time is 30 mins in regional airport its 45 (I am not sure about exact times)

The naming implies the physical size of the airport. The bars express the market size at the airport.
