The naming of airports in v6.2 is a bit unlucky. As mentioned before, at some points in the game Dallas Ft. Worth (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL) are simply named Dallas, which adds confusion, e.g. when checking for slots, it simply tells me that at a certain time there's an aircraft arriving from Dallas, but not really which airport (therefore I have to search for the flight number to get to the specific route).
Additionally, from what I've seen so far the airport of Columbus, OH (CMH) is named as 'Port Columbus', which seems strange (and gives me a headache because I have listed everything in alphabetical order). Also, in "real life", no one would say a flight leaves for Port Columbus, instead the city is simply referred to as Columbus.
Re 1: If the new naming is unclear in certain locations (like no code provided to tell the difference), let us know. In your slot example, the codes are shown, so it should be clear where the flight comes from. Also, in some locations the abbreviated name might not be required since there's enough space for the full name. I'm happy about reports of these cases as well.

As said, we have not gotten around to change all airport names just yet. But it will/should be consistent sooner or later.

Well, it has been 'Columbus' before, as everywhere in real life. Now with the update the AS-Team has changed that to 'Port Columbus', which does not make sense.
Now do I have to tell support again to change it back as it was and as it should be? Strange...
There has been a report about the naming from another player. I checked this and found several pages where the airport is calles "Port Columbus International Airport". That's the reason for renaming it.

The "port" part is probably the same thing as port in Fraport ... you would not call Frankfurt Fraport.
They are located in Columbus, OH, while their name is "Port Columbus International Airport".
But then, if we want to call airports by their names and not by location, we must also call Atlanta the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport back, not just Atlanta, for example.
So a decision has to be made: calling airport by their "legal names" or by their geographic location. Should not be one for some, and another one for others.

So again, will we call airports by their legal name or by their location? If Port Columbus stays, I would appreciate all major airports be renamed to their legal names, e.g. ATL, DFW, EWR, JFK, LGA, DCA, IAD, MSP, LAX, IAH, etc...
