AS buying aircraft?

Hi,

Before the new aircraft market AS would buy back unsold aircraft in 2 weeks (14 days). However I have an aircraft that I accidentally purchased for sale and it has now been up since the 24/11 (16 days) and its still for sale.

Can anyone from the team explain how long I have to wait to get back the cash?

Thanks

If you offer your aircraft for 10% of its value and 14 days no one made a bid, the aircraft trader will make a bid.

So I can’t sell at full price? It was an honest mistake, I clicked on loan instead of lease, which is quite easy to do on an iPad?

Does that mean I’ve got to take a 24 million loss?

I am using Galaxy Nexus phone to do everything and so far nothing like that happened to me.

IPad has 10’’, my phone only 4’’.

Just bite the bullet, man.

Mate, I did the same thing and accidentally built a terminal, despite emailing AS directly about 5 mins after I did it they didn’t do anything about it.

You are probably better off to just deal with it or keep it up for sale until it sells. AS wont help you.

Yeah I figured that! I’ve kept it and will fly with it just. A shame there’s not an option to remove your bid once placed!

It works the same way in the real world auctions. A once placed bit is binding. If you had the chance to retract it it would break the system entirely.

Shame … In the real world you can’t make a 1000% profit on a plane and become a billionaire in 2 weeks trading aircraft can you?

You also don’t accidentally raise your hand at an auction… There should be a retract feature within a certain timeframe.

Either way… Your argument is moot.

Are you on the trading again? Dear God will you just let it go! We already demonstrated to you where we dissagree with you so stop being so bitter.

And no, it’s not moot. The point stands - whether you do it here or in real life auction once you place a bit you can not revoke it. Calling: "I did it by mistake" does not change the fact that you did it already. If you don’t pay attention and raise your hand during auction to stretch yourself it has the same legal bindings as here clicking on an aircraft "by mistake". The only suggestion here is be careful when you click.

Can you make a 1000% profit on aircraft in the real world?

Don’t pick and choose which areas of the argument you are going to go with.

You are wrong… The point you make is moot… Face it.

You couldn’t in AirlineSim either - so stop this polemic discussion!

SK… You can’t ANYMORE … Now that you realised the error you have dropped that capability. Not before letting a certain player get away with it good and proper.

Dude seriously… just stop trolling. It is getting old.

I like that this is where you go when you keep being proven wrong. It’s sad you cannot admit it.

edit - image removed …

Too bad it doesn’t actually appear…

@Hakan: Just drop it, you’ve made your opinion clear here and elsewhere. The fact that the only thing you can do when Yb actually gives you an in-depth response to your post is reposting the same thing that he responded to shows the fact that it isn’t Yb, but rather you that is being proven wrong.

You’ve been given you notice to stop this discussion… Take it or leave it…

Lol… Man the tool factor really goes up every time you post something that makes no sense… I’m not giving up on my point… I’m giving on trying to educate the brainless such as yourself however.

It is one thing that you do not agree to the decissions of a) the management of the game and the elected user advisory board. It is also one thing if you think your opinion is the only one in the world. But it is another thing if you call someone with another opinion as brainless. Therefor - as warned some times before - the account is baned in the forums until 30th December. Time to think about your behaviour!
