Hi guys, so i am new to this sim and i recently leased 3 planes. I set up flight planes for all of them and executed. Now as i check how they are doing, my money seems to keep dropping. My expenses are higher than my profits. Is there a way to fix this? Maybe increase the individual costs? I am playing on Kaitak and i am Elliot Africa.

If you haven't yet read this, give it a read: http://community.airlinesim.aero/topic/8123-as-for-beginners-an-attempted-blog/. The author explains the game well enough to get you off on the right track with your airline.
For your current enterprise, you're going up against 2 airlines, one with over 2,000 weekly departures and one with 1,400. Those are both well established airlines with solid connections and a stable strategy. As an upstart in that market, with somewhat limited slots, you're going to have a hard time, especially since you don't have a large network for connections (which are usually very important in airlinesim!). I'd personally recommend giving the above link a read, and maybe switch away from A319s, at least to start with. There are much more cost effective aircraft like the Cseries and E195. If you can avoid buying new, that's even better.
Don't worry about restarting; everyone in this game has been through quite a few airlines until they worked it out (I think I'm on my 6th but it's the 4th month and growth is continuing). If you can find a 6/7+ city to start in with some domestic traffic that isn't dominated by an airline already, you have a real winner if you play it right.

p.s. - even though you've got a lot more players in the Otto and Hoover worlds, there aren't any truly established airlines yet and it's much easier to break into a market. The older worlds can be good, but sometimes you need to wait for an opening.
