I was wondering what your experiences are on cabin config and price setting on long haul. Will better seats attract more pax? Even if you have to raise the price to compensate on the viewer seats in the aircraft?

I generally look at www.seatguru.com to get realistic seating plans, so it makes it easier to determine the if you want to provide more room for your pax. It will increase your rating.
Secondly, I generally go with the ‘Default’ setting for airfares; however, as all my flights have a ‘Business’ and an ‘Economy’ service, I try to keep it lower than the competition. Also I try to make the ‘Economy’ airfares pay for the flight, so your Business, First passengers and any cargo are all additional profit for the airline, which will be useful if you are planning on floating your airline.
