Buying a Leased Aircraft

Hi I was wondering why having 500,000$$ on the menu of the 3 bars in green when I go to lease an aircraft 737-800 says that I don’t have enough money for it when that costs around 380,000$$ but keeps coming up that I have not enough cash, so I would like to know if that amount that comes up in green is the actual or I have to look somewhere else for real amount or I have another issue

When leasing a plane, you have to pay a deposit and a weekly lease.
