Hello,

I have a cabin configuration with 100% Utilized Deck Length, because I gave my paxes some extra pitch. Now I realised this doesn't affect the ratings.

If I would remove the extra pitch, the rating remains but the Utilized Deck Length is reduced to 95%. Does this mean the plane could load extra cargo to the now idle 5% of my aircraft when conducting a passenger flight?

Second question: If I change the cabin configuration, do I have to pay for the new seats and won't get a refund for the old ones? In my example, all seats remain. They'll stand only a bit closer together.

1) No you will not get extra cargo capacity

2) If you use the same seats then you do not have to pay again

Also, just because the additional pitch might not show in the “rating bars” which represent 20points each bar, it still is a difference, no matter how snall. So use it, as it is for free
