When I Click on IPO Information, it says:
As a holding this enterprise cannot be listed on the stock market. It belongs solely to your game account
Did I mess something up when creating the Airline? Can I change this now?
Thanks!

A holding with no parent company can not be offered up as an IPO
You can only make an IPO with a subsidiary of your holding.
There is no real way to 'change' this. I recommend to start all over again.
You could do the following: Don't invest any more cash in aircraft, cancel all flight schedules, wait for the already scheduled flights to be executed (cancelling them would cost you money if already passengers booked) and then cancel all leasing contracts and fire your remaining personnel. Invest all the remaining money when creating your subsidiary.
But I wouldn't recommend this way cause you already invested money and you won't get back the full 100% of your starting cash, meaning you had to start with less money than the 10 millions.
So - since you have to rebuild everything anyway - it's better to start from scratch.
Create a new holding and then a subsidiary of it (by clicking on the '+' next to your airline name in the top bar - and be sure to select your current holding as parent company!) with all your money from the holding.
On the other hand you could reconsider if it's worth the effort. Depends on how far you've already built your airline and how much of a need to make an IPO there is. You can, however, still build up your current airline and once you saved enough money for a decent subsidiary, create one and make an IPO with that one. But without knowing your airline it's hard to judge about that..
Sorry to burst your bubble... Good luck! :)
Ok, then I'll just go on like this without an IPO. My airline isnt superbig but at least some A320 and 4xA330 so too much to start again :)
THanks a lot for the detailed answer!
