Have read a number of post on this topic but just want some clarity; if I cancelled a lease agreement BEFORE I took delivery of the plane the deposit will be returned within one (1) week? Also, am I responsible for one (1) payment as a fine?

It will be returned one week after delivery and only then you’ll pay one leasing rate and receive back the security deposit.
