Im just trying to figure out if you cancel flights if that time will switch to maintenance time and will it increase your aircrafts condition? Thanks
you should plan each day a maintanance window to reach a level of at least 100% of maintanance time (differs from the maintanance provider, aircraft type and sectors you are doing). If you have not enough downtime planned then the aircraft will be grounded and flights will be cancelled until the aircraft is fit to fly again … but you will have to pay money to the passengers if the flights are cancelled (for whatever reason). Its expensive so try to avoid it -)…
