Hi,

does any one have any more information on cargo settings?

Is it possible to restrict the amount of cargo offered on a particular flight, i.e. not the default available amount on aircraft has space for?

Well, you can't restrict it to a specific number. In Inventory, you may only select to accept cargo in bulk, containers or no cargo at all. This can also be done in global settings.

What are the pros/cons of each? (cargo, bulk, container)

Bulk takes longer to load while with containers you lose capacity, as the containers also have a weight.
