What is the best way to start a cargo part of my business? Best planes,prices,airports? etc....
ATR72-500F, 737-700C or TU20, 767 or 777 / 747 if you wont use used ones. Airports: SDF, MEM, DXB, LEJ, HKG, PEK, for example.
It´s very difficult to answer this question. Why? Because it depends on so many factors.

There is no formula to start a business
its not simple
the best advise i can think of would be to start small and new ( ex: ATR42-500F brand new to complement your best cargo performing routes if you have a good demande keep growing with more small capacity airplane) froget about the big bird or even the 737-700C its a bad performing cargo plane
it will depend on your server
