Changing in Capacity

Just notice that my B737-700C now holds 182 instead of 175 cargos. Can I just lock my flights and re-active in order to make such changes take effect? or I need to delete them and adding back instead?

You have to make a new flight to have the full capacity.

In this case, I have to make new flight no. for this purpose? Or can I use existing flight no.?

If you are quick enough with the new flights - go for it. That way you won't lose any slots.
