I was thinking in launching a second enterprise in another game world ( not fornebu )

Just a few questions to ask :

Which gameworld should I choose if I want to start am airline In an area such as America or Europe

Will I Still start up with 10,000,000

Is there any way to check the slot availibility of any airport in a gameworld I dont have an enterprise in

which gameworld has the most slot availibiltiy in developed areas- America, Europe
