Hi,

I am new to the game so this question may have been answered before.

Here is my situation, most of my flights are showing as having two plus green bars for overall image, but on my main business overview screen my company image is negative two bars and falling!

Is there a reason for that, or am I missing something?

3. How is your passenger:flight attendent ratio?

Just go and check the flight details, then click ratings, then you should know more about whats affecting your image.
