For example, I have a flight that departs from Sevilla (06:00) to London LCY (08:00). For me to make a flight from LCY going to Amsterdam, would I have to make it depart at 09:00 from LCY or 08:02 in order to pick up passengers. Since the transfer time for LCY is 01:00?

Best would be 09.01 and later, technically 09.00 could work.
You need minimum connection time (+1 additional minute is preferable in case there are some outliers in terms of seconds)
However, if the passengers come on the same plane, they can connect on the same aircraft regardless of the minimum connection time. To change to another aircraft, they need the minimum connection time as posted on the transfer-enabled airport's information page.

So for Londeners to use the plane that departs at 08:02, they cannot hop on BUT if it departs at 09:01 they can?
But the passenger in the previous flight (Sevilla to LCY) they can hop on at 08:02 regardless of connection time?
Oh and what does it mean on the airport information when it says "Transfer possible: no" what does it mean by transfer possible.

no transfer possible means that no one can transfer at this airport (still, simply remaining on one particular aircraft is still possible as technically no transfer). was that really your question?
and you can always check the income statement of a flight but for as long as it has not yet departed, those numbers are subject to change. and you can find the current in's and out's on the accounting page.

Yes they will. Any two airports for which you have traffic rights, you will possibly get booked passengers. I say possibly because it depends on the demand on that route, your flight standing (ORS rating) and the competition.

Passengers that originate in Girona and want to fly to CDG. They are direct passengers. Also if you have own connections or interlines in CDG, some of them may continue from CDG onward to a different airport on the connecting flight from CDG.
Passengers originate at all airports in Airlinesim. They can connect though only on some airports.
So if I have a flight from Turin 06:00 to Girona :08:00(since there is no transfer min. time) can I do a return flight Girona 08:02 to Turin 10:02. Will this pick up passenger from Girona to go to Turin?

Yes, it will. Possibly. Depends on how many people want to fly that route, how many are already flying with your competitors and how good your flight offering is (ORS rating).
