A simple question: Does connection time matter when calculating ORS for connections?
E.g. would
JFK - ORD - LAX with 2 hour connection time have better ORS than JFK - ORD - LAX with 7 hour connection time?
... given all other factors are the same (a/c, FA, service level, ac desirability, etc.)...
Simple question, complicate answer:
The time between two flights doesn't matter, the overall journey time (in this case from JFK to LAX) matters.
So if you have a flight via ORD with some 5 hours between the flights, you may have a better rating than via Bogota with only 1 miminum connection time
