countries with high demand to dubai???

what countries have high demand to dubai because my route dubai to bahrain just fills up automatically and i opened a new route but only filled 8/45 seats in the first day??

Check the flight schedule on an airport you want to fly to. Then check if anyone already flys there from Dubai airport. If they do then look at the frequency of the flights. If there's 3-5 taking off every day I wouldn't bother.

Sometimes, competition on routes (regardless of interlining) is inevitable. Something that I've learnt from my good friend ianmason ;)

All the long haul routes to DXB will do well (if no over capacity exists), e.g. DXB-LHR, DXB-AMS or DXB-CDG. And focus on India, there is a lot off traffic going back and foreward between India and DXB. But like SovietSplicer noticed, you can't do without proper research on what already is in the ORS.

Oh DXB-LHR is impossible, that airport's more blocked than a fat man's artery.

Hi hussain06,

In the game domestic flights tend to have substantially more demand than international (saying that DXB-BAH is international). I would highly recomend despite what others may say, avoid long haul unless you have a substantial short haul network. Have a look at other short/mid haul destinations and countries. What I tend to do is on the route managment page open a new branch to your idea for a route, open a route between DXB and whereever this route may be. From there you can see other competitors flights, prices, and if the flight was full or not. If every flight is not fully booked then you will find it hard to get a foot hold on that route.

Hope this helps

Ian

I find strange that Brazil has poor connections with some Latin American and African countries. It's difficult to keep a flight between Brazil and Chile, Peru, Bolivia or Angola, as an example, while in reality there are some direct flights to these places.

I fly GRU-DXB (3x weekly) in Tempelhof and occupation is great.
