Cruising speed

Hello again, I completely forgot how to change the cruising speed of an aircraft,  can someone please help me out?

You can do it in scheduling or on the aircraft segment edit. You will already see a flight speed and under that you can type in the speed you would like or click the 2 arrows which are either maximum speed or "minimum" speed.

Here is an example of an ATR flying cargo from SHJ to AUH (note how I have changed the time on mondays to 520 km/h instead of 500 km/h):
