Delete Routes

Hi All,

With new 6.2 UI how do I delete routes? (ie. prevent old routes showing up on the Station>Load Monitoring page)

Thanks

Ian

There are no routes per se, only airport pairs, which means a virtual combination exists among all stations. Let's say I fly from Brasilia to Lima and to Santiago de Chile. Even LIM-SCL is a "virtual airport pair" that exists in the system for my airline now, and I can even check market analysis to see who is flying that route now, what are their loads and prices.... without doing anything, just selecting these two airports in Inventory Airport Pair. Isn't this great ?!!

As long as you have stations, virtual airport pairs exist among all of them ... no need to open or close anything.

It's not as great for me. For my stats and management I copy and paste the loads into a spreadsheet. For tidiness I used to close the routes so it would not be full of 0% routes

Maybe we are referring to two different things, because when I go to Stations, and click on the little globe (load statistics) it show sme the routes but I do not have any 0% LF or n/a.

I only have that when accessing the general Stations tab overview where all stations' LFs are listed in average

I didn't want to bring this up since I keep making an idiot of myself recently, but I would also like to know how to delete an old route from the stations' load stats page. I use this a lot for the overall 'health' of my hubs and it gets unwieldy with lots of dead routes. For example, my OTP-ARW route below used to be removed by 'delete route', but now I can't work out how to get it out of this list. ARW station has been closed for over a week.

As soon as there are no more data for the displayed period, the route wouldn't appear anymore. So you don't have to delete it manualy.
