I find this system impractical and complicated. Why can not we easier arrange flights? In this way, as in the picture, we could organise flight schedule much easier and easier change flights from one plane to another just by dragging the cursor?!

If you mean third-party tools or similar things: No, I'm pretty sure there isn't anything like it.

Maybe you could setup something like the Feature Requests on cpanel... that way you know what players think is most pressing ;)
There's a slight difference between a utility software like cPanel and a game like AirlineSim and "design by committee" has never been a good idea for games. That said, we always keep track of what is being mentioned or requested on the forums.
