Hey, I was wondering why my economy seats simply disappear for one flight. The program is full of bugs, or at least a lot of hidden stuff. When something goes wrong, please give us some hints, otherwise we can do nothing but bother the team.

The runway at Qingtao is to short for the Tu154. Check the performance-tool.
it’s an performance issue and not a bug. try the performance evaluation tool on the aircraft page.
It´s not a bug. Andreamilano is right, the runway in TAO is too short for the TU-154 (or the TU-154 is too heavy).
Have a look at the red box on the following screenshot. It´s the limiting factor for this flight.

Thanks guys. I was just wondering why the two flights in the opposite direction would be different. Seems the runway is just not enough for taking off, but it is enough for landing
Take offs require more runway length because of the weight of the fuel that you will use in later stages of the flight
