Well, it’s here in the real world. Spotted recently at Boston Logan International was an E190 with split scimitar winglets and a flight deck window “mask.”
A simple “Embraer E190 Enhanced” search online yields almost nothing of interest. I’m sure that because the modifications are so new, nobody has the data or specifications. If they do, that would be excellent.

Someone cannot get the mastery of photoshop
Someone seems to love photoshop though isn't very good at it.
Until I find anything else that proves this photo to be real, it’s certainly fooled me!
At least on all other photos there are no split scimitars…
