Week ago I've reset my subsidiary in Riem - up to now i didn't receive any money back to my holding, is that normal?
As i remember from previous world money were back in holding after couple of hours.
I've sent a mail to support 3 days ago - no answer up to now as well.
Can anybody help??
Most likely explanation is that the refund was not high enough and you have not noticed it because it was so little money, or none at all because the liquidation result was financially negative.
Can you please provide more information on the structure of your subsidiary? What kind of assets it had, how much cash, how many planes, leased or owned, how many employees, any own terminals, etc.?
Also if you buy a plane on credit, you get no money back in liquidation, because such plane is sold to the market at 15% price but you have to pay back full loan during liquidation. If you have enough planes on credit or direct loans, those are repaid during liquidation and consume any spare cash you may have at the bank or refunds you get from lease deposits.
Also if you own terminals, those are demolished during liquidation which actually costs money.
I would say one of the above reasons is one what happened in your case, that either there was no money left to refund, or the refunded amount was so low you have not noticed.
As far as support reply goes, well it’s Easter holidays… besides Christmas this is the other time of year when everything basically shuts down. And unfortunately after 3 days I think support will not be able to see much as far as that particular liquidation is concerned.
