Feature Preview: Distribution System / Individual Travel Requests

OP updated: There now are almost three times as many customer types as before, all differing slightly in their preferences, budgets and preferred travel times (for example, budget travellers will usually book further in advance than, say, a business traveller).

This is likely going to be last (major) change to the actual booking behavior for the moment. My focus will shift towards analysis and UI now, so that I can properly optimise/fine-tune travel request generation and provide a clearer picture to players.

Especially the analysis part promises to be interesting…as I will attempt to store actual travel requests and - potentially - the corresponding reservations.

The UI part is still blocked in large parts by design work that needs to be completed first. But I guess I’ll cover this and all other subjects in upcoming devlogs.
