I have a 2130-2200HT departure bank and everything departed except one flight which is still sitting in LYS at 00.48HT. The aircraft condition is 90% and I can't see any reason why it didn't depart as scheduled. The flights list for the aircraft still shows it as 'booked' and in Operations Control, it is still showing as green at 21.50.
The return flight is due to depart at 6.10 but the aircraft is still sitting in LYS so I'm going to be hit with cancellations. This appears to have been some kind of flight updating glitch.
If anyone is looking behind the scenes, the relevant aircraft is F-AAAR.
How long is the wait? Is it just a few minutes, or is it a long while? The system only does updates at certain intervals of time (found on the game status screen). There are times certain things will actually be updated on the website a few minutes after the "real time" that it happens. A screenshot would help, too, such as your load monitoring screen or aircraft flight page.
All the flights have departed and arrived at their destination except F-AAAR, who is stuck in LYS. It has now been 5 hours since its scheduled departure. The inbound flight to LYS operated as normal.
If every flight was stuck, I would guess it was a server lag issue, but it is only F-AAAR. It is still a green box in Operations Control, and listed as 'booked' in the flights list.
Nope- definitely yesterday because it is listed in the Operations Control with the other flights. All the departed flights have gone grey and poor F-AAAR is still green and in LYS, even though it was six hours ago and he's due to be departing from Genoa in about an hour.
Yep- booked, and condition is 90% so it's not that either. It's all very mysterious (and I'm being sneaky at work, so can't do a screenshot) but have contacted support. I'm interested to see what will happen when it's supposedly departing Genoa back to Lyon in less than an hour.
Between my self-inflicted maintenance havoc and flights just not leaving Lyon, I think I may be in for an expensive week!
The flight GOA-LYS has not departed, is still showing green in Operations and listed as 'booked'. All the other flights around it are operating as normal, it's just this one aircraft. Although the aircraft is still in LYS, the return flight, which should now be in the air, has not come up as cancelled.
