I have had full capacity on my A320 serving CMB-DXB and return and CMB-SIN and return
I swap the flight numbers to an A321 and the capacity is 0
Same flight number, same connections, same service, price, only the A321 over A320

Any ideas? My first conclusion is that it is a glitch
From the screenshots it looks like you were using bigger seats in A320 with Y70,C20 config while on A321 you are using Y174C24. Probably Leisure plus seats. You need to re-configure cabin with better seats or reduce prices.
90 seats in a A320 vs 198 seats in a A321, and I guess you don’t have a lot of space left in the A320. So it may be the same service, but not the same seats. And yes, that can definitly make such a huge difference.
Oh Im silly, I forgot to add my big seats.
I had been looking at my 787's besides the A321's and was like.. hang on a sec, why does the A321 have more? Hahha
