Game settings - make some graphics optional

In the interest of saving bandwidth and CPU load it would be desirable to be able to turn off some of the graphics features in the game.

In particular -

• Airport page - regional map

• Airport page - terminal map (see http://community.airlinesim.aero/topic/2697-airport-screen-lockups/)

• Enterprise overview - route network.

These could be enabled/disabled on the Game Settings page.

how about a seperate CSS for mobile Devices ??? (Wouldn’t decrease loading times, but at least make navigation easier)
