Hi,
your flight does not appear in the ORS. At least, not when I checked it.
According to the Australian fleet list, your A330-200 is equipped with 190 economy seats and 95 business class seats. That sounds as if you are using standard economy seats and basic business seats. Sydney-Singapore is a long haul flight, so I suggest you use Ecoplus and Business Premium seats… your flight will get a better rating.
And if I may make another suggestion (not relevant to your question though), I would install less business class seats.

I am having the same problem.
Airline: White Star Line
Server: Fornebu
Hub: Paris Orly
A319 with configuration 114 Economy, 28 Bussines.
Short range flights, and 1 medium range (to Doha)
I cheked first to have very few competitors, but I still don't get any passengers. (Around 15 economy and 5 bussines) cargo its full though.
But as my flights are so empty, I cancelled all the flights for the next 3 days and give more time for further flights to get booked.
What can I do to have more pax?

Funny, I don't know why it says my average seat load factor is 40% anyway, maybe it is an average of the last weeks?

I see your A319 have default seat configuration because it has 142 seats total. That’s mean you offer standart seat, the worst seat in airlinesim. So pax will run to another airline who have better seat and service than yours.
I suggest you to change your A319 seat configuration. An economy seat for economy class and an ecoplus seat for business class is acceptable for short haul and some medium haul flight.
