How Can I adjust the payload for so that my aircraft can takeoff?
Payload is automatically adjusted - you can use the performance tool to check the payload for a specific route.
If the minimum distance isn't met, there's no option to operate the aircraft from that airport.
HERE is the scenario. Airport has 950m and using ATR42-600 we cant take off. Can we just reduce the load so that this AC can handle takeoffs?

Even that wouldn't work, as you would loose half the thrust ;-)
that's why I wrote "reuduce the TOW" ;)
but I admit I didn't even think of the lost thrust
And obviously, demount one engine is not possible here in AS...
Next time be more careful in choosing the right plane for your routes. Sorry to say it like this. <_<
