help!

I have very very cheap prices but i don't get any pax.

Regards!

Hello,

one of the most important things I learned was that in this Sim the more connections you provide, the larger number of passengers will travel with you. I recommend reading as much as you can stand in the tutorials section and elsewhere on the internet. You may find your problem there.

It is difficult to help someone unless they post their airline name and the server they are on, we can then take a look and see where you can fix things.

One thing to remember is that in this sim ticket price is extremely undervalued in the calculations, so if you are not selling tickets fairly close to normal price than the problem is most likely your route/airport choices or some other factor.

Good luck!

I see this is your first post, we cannot help you without knowing more details about your airline - name, server, country, base, routes, seats used, services offered, etc.

Please start by reading this blog for beginners:

http://community.airlinesim.aero/topic/8123-as-for-beginners-an-attempted-blog/

Then, see if you can apply any of that information to your airline. Then, come back to the forums armed with the information as stated above, so we can help you with particular details and strategies.

Btw Having very cheap prices will not always bring you passengers ... I have very high prices and have planes very full. Loads are a combination of price, service, planes, seats, image, connections (internal and external) and timing.

P.S. One more thing... if you did not get ANY passengers, maybe you are operating in a country where you do not have traffic rights (e.g. a German-based airline flying JFK to LAX) or your demand calculation has not passed yet. read the blog I linked above and you will have much better understanding and maybe you will be able to come up with answers to your questions yourself.

Ok , so it was right i hadn't traffic rights in one country and that was why i didn't had any pax. My arline is in devau , the name is these one : http://devau.airlinesim.aero/app/info/enterprises/63990

And how can i create connections?

Thanks a lot for your help !!

And how can i create connections?

You organize your flights so that they arrive and depart within a certain time window. Passenger will then be allowed to travel on multiple flights on the journey.

For instance:

The MCT (minimum connection time) in MEX is 01h15. For a connection to be possible, the next flight has to leave no earlier than 1 hour and 15 minutes after the arrival of the first flight. Of course, the second flight can be further delayed. Be however aware that too long connection times, won't be appreciated by your pax and after a certain period, the connection fails.

Say your flight CUN-MEX arrives @ 3:00 HT (=Hub time). Don't confuse arrival time with the end time stated in your flight plan which corresponds to the ready for departure time of the aircraft itself. If you choose to allow passenger coming in from CUN to connect  to YVR, the flight to YVR can't leave MEX before 4:15 HT.

Connections can be quite tricky if there are no more slots available. If you get them working, they'll pay off though. They'll allow to collect passenger from the region and fill up your bigger planes.

You just have way to big planes, to few routes, no organisation. I would suggest you to delease all A340s (maybe the A321) and get embrear E190 or E195 and fly all your route from Mexico city.

ok , i've created a new airline with not that big planes  http://fornebu.airlinesim.aero/app/info/enterprises/49946?75

That is slightly better but you should not start doing international right from the start. You will have very little passengers. Start with the domestic routes, and I would suggest you to start in MEXICO City or Guadalajara instead of Cancun, as you will have better possibilities for north to south connections in Mexico, as well as for eat to west internal Mexican routes.

i think i bought too much aircrafts , i should have started with just one ...

should i reset the airline?

if you want I can somehow tutor you, I am on fornebu as well.

please :)?

should i reset the airline?

I would suggest you reset, and you get some Ejets to start. You can go for 4xE195 jets.

but they are not avilable in new

but they are not avilable in new

Of course they are

Embraer E195, you can get them delivered with immediate delivery as you have just started on the server. If for some reason they do nto get delivered immediately, deactivate the gameworld and log in again and set up your company again.

I also sent you a PM.

P.S. Some might prefer CRJ jets (CRJ900 or CRJ1000), but I find Ejets preferable because they are almost as economical as CRJ jets, they have longer range, and they have more mainline feel. I use Ejets within a mainline, not a regional subsidiary, so I prefer more mainline feel to all the aircraft.
