I’ve got a question, how much shares you need to have so that your legal country won’t change??
There is an airline at the server im playing on right now, who is trying to buy a lot of shares from my airline. I have 60% this airline is in the alliance of my biggest competitor so I’m pretty sure they are trying something -_-.
As long as you own more than 50.1 % you are fine.

Yep, both airline ownership and flight rights are determined by a simple majority. So if you hold 60 percent, how could anything ever happen to you?

In that situation I would be more worried about your competition attacking your market directly, rather than trying to buy you out.
