You can in this game world as well as the legacy. However it will cost you 4 credits per holding and you can't interline with eachohter. Game word like Gatow and Aspern however dont allow this.

That's correct - having multiple holdings under one account is not multi-accounting. Each additional holding will cost 2 credits more per day.

If you come across a name violation, just report the enterprise using the in-game report function. Thanks!

There is one account that has 3 holdings operating from Heathrow. I was under the impression that this was not possible since i was forced to shutdown in other world under the same conditions. I reported it a few days ago and their still online. If nothing happens in the next few days i will assume that this is legal in this world and start using the same strategy.

You cannot expect that the situation be dealt with in 2 or 3 days. it takes more time than that. If you reported by email I assume you would have gotten response and further information, and follow up. I know I did, when I complained about some LET planes at GRU. It took more than a month to resolve the complaint. If you used in game report, then there is no way for you to know if it had been dealt with or not. The only way is if you find the report “cleared”, that would be the indication no fault was found.

Server is Quimby and i know that multiple accounts are legal. What i assume it isnt legal is using the same airport base for more than one holding thus taking advantage concerning slots etc etc. And Rubio, i reported via in game report

There’s no rule or precedent against multiple subsidiaries and holdings sharing the same airport, although holdings (a holding is the business that receives the AS$10million seed money) at the same airport/country just isn’t logical as a player would be operating mutually exclusive companies that aren’t allowed any cooperation in the same market. The anti-cheating measures ensure that a player cannot gain access to more seed money in order to benefit their primary airline, but in terms of slot usage, it would be exactly the same as if you and I established holdings at the same airport at the same time.

For those players who choose to list their airlines on the stock exchange, the airline must be a subsidiary as holdings cannot be bought/sold/traded due to potential conflicts later on. The holding company must be located at an airport within the country in order to establish passenger traffic rights for all future subsidiaries, the subsidiary must have a headquarters located within the country in order to be founded. It is reasonable to use the same airport for both.

Not correct. You may not have multiple holdings in the same country. One country one holding. The team do delete them when reported. You are allowed to have multiple subs in the same country. On servers where multiple holdings you could basically set up the entire UN if you feel like spending the credits.
