How is possible? An airline with 8 planes, all flying, and just 71 staff?
Airline is Loop, based at CNF in Quimby.

Second: perhaps he has not yet scheduled one or two of his planes.

Now one more thing… Even if you have same number of planes and fly the same routes, you may have different staff size… Especially in Network planning. This depends by the number and size of the interline contracts each of you have signed.

Well, maybe I know the answer... They are not real world staff which take months to interview, relocate and train, they are only numbers in a game.
Furthermore, the number of employees displayed in the dashboard and the airline information page only seems to refresh when you actually open the Personnel Management page.

I was just trying to be nice to the player in question and give him suggestion how not to attract wrath on the forums by saying names… Maybe the whole idea of my message was lost in between the lines.
Same for me - I just wanted to say that is is also possible to ask questions without bringing demons on the table. And no, I am not a wannabe-policeman but I will not be part of discussions like this from now on.
