I have started a Company in Vienna more than 2 months ago. I actually have 7 planes! Only 7 planes!
But I can see other companies with over 40 planes?!?!?!?!
How can they have so many planes and is there a special trick to get Money very fast?

I had a look at your airline.
First thing I noticed is that you don't have a hub system. Instead you have routes going from everywhere to anywhere. That's the first thing I would change. Establish a hub in VIE so that you only fly routes like 'VIE - XYZ and XYZ - VIE'. That will generate more transfer options and therefore more passengers for you.
Next thing to improve might be the seat configuration. First get rid of the first class. Then go for something more comfortable than now with approx. a quarter share of business class seats in total.
Adjust the flight prices so that 'price' and 'price performance ratio' (you'll find that info in the details of the respective flight) still have one green bar left.
Get rid of the Raytheon.
Find an Interlining-partner at VIE who offers flights to destinations overseas.

Hi, I am a competitor of yours (EuropeFly) but I will give you some advice.
I would recommend you getting an A321 as they will increase profit greatly.
You have 4 aircraft types, any more than 3 will add extra maintenance costs. I have a range of aircraft from the A320 family, A330 and 777. Having the A320 family is great as you can choose from the 318/319/320/321 and then there is different sub categories, so you can choose the best one to suit the routes, without adding extra maintenance costs.
If your SLF is low, then you should try to get more IL’s.
And as duckstein said, you are quite a small airline with load of hubs, so you need to remove flights from those hubs and focus more on VIE.
