I suppose it has to do with the fact that the parent company has already been founded in August of last year an probably operated other subsidiaries before. The money from these ventures now went into a new airline. Haven’t checked it though.
It is a subsidiary but actually its holding was founded last August and has lots of cash to find a larger than normal start-up.

Yep, looks that way. Various different aircraft model to get quick deliveries too. He might have sold, or the company/companies might have gone bankrupt.
