Also, arguably, that would make the game incredibly boring. Everyone knew exactly how many pax will travel from A to B. Kind of pointless, really :)

True, but even there are only 20 direct passengers daily you can still fly 200 connecting passengers on the route.

Some problems can be corrected, for example, to reduce the cost of goods from the ground, from 25 to 15.
I think you mean ground handling costs. I think 25AS$ is pretty reasonable for 100kg of freight. Look at how much money the cargo airlines on Riem make. This is fair for freight and not discrimination against freight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have gone to school for a very long time (I am still in school and it feels like forever when you have spent more than a third of your life in school) and from what I know it is not possible to discriminate and object (like freight). Though I can discriminate the freight owner or a passenger. I do also not see how having a realistic price does discriminate something. For example in a jewelry store the diamond rings are more expensive than the simple silver rings. I would not go to the store owner and say that she is discriminating the silver rings because she prices them less than the diamond rings? We do not live in an equal communist society (thankfully) we live in a capitalist society (at least most of us do) and everything is priced differently and accordingly. You can not help it by just going and saying that the product is being discriminated.
