I think, for the users with a large fleets it’s uncomfortable – to view every aircraft, when the schedule changes frequently. Why not make the display break aircraft rotation cycle on the operation control panel? Or send an automated message to user, when a/c rotation cycle is break? The rules and algorithm is very simple: the next flight can only start from the arrival airport.
There are only two scenarios when that happens: a flight gets cancelled or you change the schedule.
For the former, you get an IGM. and you should be aware of the latter.
What do you mean with when a schedule changes frequently ? I made a folder in the fleet list where new aircrafts whithout a schedule or aircrafts with a change are in. After the change i wait for 3 days and look. Then I adjust the parameter (like price and schedule) until I am happy and then put the aircraft in the folder where it is flying. But there is no auto function ... you have to check the adjustments you ade for yourself. You are the manager of your airline <_<
Airline manager don’t makes schedule manually. This process makes PC completely. Indication "WARNING CYCLE" – is a standard feature. Errors should be visible at compile time, but not when the flight is canceled due airplane is in Moscow and begins next flight from Kiev (for example). The system warns the error in advance, for correct errors previously manager appoints a transfer (empty) flight in a few days.
There is no compilation of a schedule - and you see the warning when you approve your schedule - there is something red.

I think mostly the OP is asking for some sort of visual cue for when the flights are already scheduled 3 days out and you then modify something within the three day period, you can end up with a broken schedule. An example of this is if you originally only have one aircraft of a type, then lease another and you choose to make the schedule more realistic.
As an airline manager though, it is your responsibility to handle your A/C correctly (even if your staff have titles implying so).
