These flights are on the same plane, same service, same seats, yet some flights only get 98 ORS and some get 99 ORS.
73/99 - 260 km
73/98 - 492 km
72/99 - 500 km
There must be some issue when calculating final ORS for those flights

These information are nor "complete" ... how long do the passenger need travelling with 326 km or 500 km connections? Also ... when do the flights depart and/or arrive.
It is for direct flight, these are OD ratings not connection ratings
same aircraft, so travel time would be proportionally same for all distances (e.g. 260 km would take exactly 52% time of 500 km, 326 km would take 65.2% time of 500 km)
The "when do flights depart/arrive" I think is has nothing to do with ratings as the time of day does not matter in AS, as far as I know.

Not the time of day, maybe, but the time of arrival sure does (in terms of how fast you get to your destination, not the time of the day).
73/99 - 260 km 3:10 - 3:54 (44 minutes) = 5.91 km/min including takeoff/landing, 25 min takeoff/landing, 19 min flight = 13.684 km/min
73/98 - 326 km 4:35 - 5:24 (49 minutes) = 6.65 km/min including takeoff/landing, 25 min takeoff/landing, 24 min flight = 13.583 km/min
73/98 - 492 km 15:30 - 16:31 (61 minutes) = 8.06 km/min including takeoff/landing, 25 min takeoff/landing, 36 min flight = 13.666 km/min
73/99 - 498 km 1:00 - 2:01 (61 minutes) = 8.16 km/min including takeoff/landing, 25 min takeoff/landing, 36 min flight = 13.833 km/min
72/99 - 500 km 9:10 - 10:10 (61 minutes) = 8.19 km/min including takeoff/landing, 25 min takeoff/landing, 36 min flight = 13.888 km/min
72/99 - 580 km 17:33 - 18:40 (67 minutes) = 8.65 km/min including takeoff/landing, 25 min takeoff/landing, 42 min flight = 13.809 km/min
72/99 - 664 km 14:07 - 15:20 (73 minutes) = 9.09 km/min including takeoff/landing, 25 min takeoff/landing, 48 min flight = 13.833 km/min
Well I understand that the issue is most likely rounding, because 492 & 498 & 500 km flight both last the same in "minutes".
But it was my understanding that "internally" scheduling works with seconds as well (that's why it's recommended to always add +1 minute to maintenance, connections, etc.), so why does it not work the same way for ORS rating calculation? Obviously seconds are "lost" in ORS calculation because if they were not, than all 492, 498, and 500 km flights would have 13,833 km/min (830 km/h = 13,833 km/min)
