I am a little bit nervous for one of my routes with connection to other flights.
I am operating cargo-flights only, and have this route + connection:
Leg1: NDJ-LOS (Material AN12)
Leg2: LOS-PNR (Material F27)
For some reason the connection between the two flights fails - Leg1 previously had F27 Material with loads of connecting cargo units but now after replacing material for Leg1 with an AN12 there are NO connecting cargo units at all.
What worries me more is that when I go to the Online Reservation System and enter from NDJ to PNR the connections shows up as listed in the above image. However when I specify "Ignore full and ineligible connections" my flight is not listed even though it is not fully loaded - just like listed in the image below:
My question is; Is my flight ineligible ? If yes, why might that be since the connection is valid and both legs are not fully loaded.
I just don't get it since it worked fine with previous material on leg1 (F27) and now with new material (AN12) it it not connecting ANY cargo at all.
Sorry, I am a bit confused and hope someone have a good idea of why my flight is listed as "ineligible" in the Online Reservation System ?

Just out of curiosity, why does 2 full green bars became a red bar?
Especially because of the "time factor" of connection.
While you have green bars for individual flights, when the time/connection factor is applied, the flight becomes unattractive.
You may want to try to lower price on individual segments, so your individual flight rating becomes better, which in turn will slightly affect the final connection rating, and you can also try to reduce the connection time.
As you can see, you are running a huge detour compared to your competitor. Also, your competitor's conenction time is much shorter in the first example. In second example, while his connection time is longer, his rating is still better because his total trip time is still shorter (7 hours 17 minutes) than yours (9 hours 15 minutes).
For connections, the two individual flight ratings are taken into consideration, and then a "connection factor" is applied which you can think of as basically comparing a total trip time versus a trip time it would take to fly dirctly from NDJ to PNR. If you improve the individual flight ratings, it **might** improve the final rating if it bumps the final rating from negative (after applying the mentioned "connection factor") into slightly positive.
