Why can’t a holding with $40+ million in stock not invest into other companies. That is exactly what a holding is!!!

If you require an enterprise to have $20million the holding shouldn’t matter since you can’t delete it and since the holding’s enterprise is worth over the $20million everything should be good to go

TD, what error message you are getting? Are you trying to subscribe to an IPO, or are you offering buy shares in an existing company?
