Is High Cost - High Service better?


I have a new 73J with C20Y150 = 170 seats and good service, getting a ORS rating of 41 for the flight (charring As 312 for Y). I see that a different airline on the same leg has a 73J with C35Y78 =113 seats charring As 530 for Y and gets a rating of 63.

My question: I have seen a few airlines that use super service, get very high ratings and charge above average vs. decent service, normal charge. Since ORS scoring is one of the big factors in getting Pax on your flight is this High Cost / High Service model a better approach?
