Ok so this guy in Aspern, country, China has started like 10,000 subsidiaries already :lol: , but i want to know is if this is legal. I know what he's trying to do like stoping others to grow or anyone else to enter the market in China.
I think that's illegal but please anyone tell me if im wrong cause He starts a subsidiary everyday and i see no chance for me in the near future! :(

I have taken a close look, at the company in question.
Although everything seems normal from the “outside”, I can see your point. But in matter of fact, there’s no difference between this company opening 15 sub’s or just buys 150 airplanes in the current holding company, which holds more than 1200 planes already.
It’s may be a way to get hold of new flight numbers? After all, you can “only” have 9999 flights… and I guess this guy has run out.
But he’s clearly a very hard competitor. He seems to have a lot of spare time on his hands, since he can do all this. But again, it seems like it’s legit.
Most of us have one or two guys on our servers that we wish we could get rid of... so keep calm and think about your strategy.

I wouldnt want to get rid of him cause i can still compete, as i have a solid base to do so. The problem is out there for all to see! i understand you can create a few subs but this guy is really abusing a little bit in my opinion!

I think I know what you mean. But:
What’s the difference between making one subsidairy with 150 million dollar, and make 15 subs with 10 million dollars each? Absolutely none, except the last option looks very dramatic.
I think you have a big advantage. If he wants to run 15+ airlines, it’ll be impossible for him to micro manage. Make sure your ORS is better, and your company will not suffer that bad.
Interesting topic, as I am in direct competition to him and was also wondering. But I am more interested in the why.
As Banff said it is a hell of work to maintain so many airlines. I still don't see an advantage...
