Without looking at your airline, I feel confident to guess, that your service levels are too low and that you simply lack the transfer oppprtunities to attract enough pax
As said your service is to low and you have fairly good competitors. With the seats you have in your A320s you can't have that price. Also as you have pretty good competition in Manilla I would not start with A320s and instead with either cheap 737s, CRJs or Ejets to make sure that I offer more and good connections. You also really need to up your ORS.
I actually set up decent services this time. The economy seats have standard but ample inch, and additional FAs.

Maybe that's it, I just recently reduced the price -15% the original price to all my routes. Hope that helps.
With standard seats you maybe will need to reduce your price do default - 30% or so, depending on your service profiles and image levels.
I never use standard or slimline seats....the game is not balanced imho for that in most cases. Until they release the update that adds passenger types....LC/ULC or any type of realistic cabin layout is not really useful.
Leisure + is a minimum in my cabins for economy.
At a server start you might be able to get 100% on high demand routes with standard seats. Later on when the market is settled after a few weeks you need at least leisure seats when having default prices in eco class. Changing the cabin config costs depending on A/C type but for an A320 minimum 100k AS$.
Make sure you are putting extra flight attendants on your aircraft as well. I've accidentally missed that a few times.
I don't get it. I've got the best ORS rating and the cheapest. Yet I still struggle to fill my planes. I also added FAs. My plan is to increase the business class seats since they sometimes get fully booked.

That makes most sense. Considering the fact that three of my airlines share six domestic routes.

The idea is that AS is not easy to succeed, but the more time and effort you put into preparing the better you do.
Coming back to your airline and one vital piece of research you failed to do....
You run 4 routes, all of which with competitors numbers based on yesterday (12th) and including your flights ....
- CEB - 54 daily flights of which 10 were full
- DVO - 35 daily flights of which 2 were full
- ILO - 22 daily flights of which 6 were full
- GES - 10 daily flights of which 0 were full
Just a thought but running the biggest aircraft compared to your competitors on oversaturated routes may not of been the best tactic. At the end of the day it is clear from above that there are not enough passengers to fill many planes let alone big planes
