Hello. Ive made a new large logo and it wont save. The image meets the size requirements (300 x 100) and I even re sized it so the image bis below 30kb. Ive tried at least 15 times. I go to the settings where you upload the logos, then i browse for the image and click save. the web page reloads but it doesn't display the logo and it says no file selected. help!!!!! Ive even tried switching browsers.
I don't think the size of the file is a big deal. Did you try a hard-reload? Try control-F5. If that doesn't work, you might want to contact support.
well shoot that didn't work. Ive even gone as far as downloading other airline's logos and trying and it wont even take that! I'm going to contact support cause this is strange.
Happen to me as well, I delete previous logo and now can't upload. The browsed file just went to abyss when I click save button.
Let me know the solution.

We have several support messages about this, but I couldn't determine when this happens. And we still have some open issues, which we ranked as more important at the moment. So we have to ask for a bit more patience in this topic.
just want to add something while waiting this to be fixed.
when you create new company, no problem uploading logo. the problem appear when you want to upload a new logo.
when you try to save the new logo, it won't change to new one, still the showing the old one.
when you delete the old one, it will be gone, and when you try save new one now, it will not be saved.
look forward for a solution :D

I'm just bumping this to say that I had the same problem, but reducing the size slightly (to 280x93) seemed to help.

Hi,
you may have some other problem, but... when you upload a new logo, it always shows your old logo if the old logo is still in your computer's cache. Upload your new logo and then force a reload of the page. You should see the new logo. If not, you have a problem ;-)

Isn't there a limitation to 30kb?
I don't know ... I searched and could find anything and under settings its not listed either ... but I will try to reduce it in size and reuplaod and if the problem persists I will report back
My large logos vary from about 4 KB (very simple) to 64 KB, and I have no problem with uploading them.
I should note I saved the logo from AS and then checked the properties, didn't check the original file's size. That one is at home, and I am at work currently.
There definitely is a limit of 30 KB (or better to say 30,000 bytes) for a logo ... I tried 30,200 bytes and it did not go through, then I tried 29,500 bytes and it uploaded fine.
Also note you have to log off and on after unsuccessful logo upload, in order for the new upload to go through.
Thank you for experiences about this. The 30KB limit was in my mind too, the rest sounds like a caching problem similar to others...
