I leased a plane that had a 49% condition, and thought once it flew for the first time it would get fixed with maintenance. But so far, every single flight has been cancelled due to low condition. Is there any workaround to this or is this plane never to fly again? Should I cancel the lease and get another one?

Be aware that automatic transfer flights won't happen, but manually scheduled ones will.

Well the plane will fly just that it may take some time depending on the maintenance provider and the age of the plane. I would suggest to you to cancel all flights the coming days because the plane will one day turn to 100% maintenance ratio and then it can fly, so you can not fly it until it is on 100% maintenance ratio.
I use Amethyst engineering and it takes at least a week or 2 to get a Saab 2000 flying, that is why I make them never drop under 70% again.
I have had 25 year old MD80s at 49% condition become airworthy within couple of hours of maintenance, never heard of this taking weeks.

did you have sufficient funds to pay for maintenance? if not, none will be conducted.
And the maintance condition improves everytime the aircraft is on the ground for more than two hours. The change only becomes visible once the aircraft takes off again. To get this one missing percent back, it should only take a two hour break.
I, too, assume that no transfer flight took place and the aircraft is in the wrong location. The condition appears to never change as the aircraft never takes off. Find out the actual reason for cancellation by hovering your mouse over the word "cancelled".

Well I had over 7 million at that time and it should not have costed more but it was not totally down to 49% it was just at 60% still I let it stay grounded in whatever location it came from. I checked it everyday and nothing happened until a week or two when it was up at 100%. It did perform any kind of action during this time and it did not have any seating or crew. I have tried it again whit a aircraft whit 70% condition and seating and crew, and it took about one week if not more. I am never operating any kind of aircraft that is under 80% condition. Even if it starts at 100% condition it will end up at around 80% when it has done a day of work, then after around 5 hours of maintenance it is back at 100% to start work again.
I know that many people have said it is strange but that is what happened to me. So it works faster to make it do 1 flight per day then just leave it grounded?
So, has anyone a reasonable explantion to this? The same just happened to me, I leased a BAE-300 plane at 49% and it won't fly, no matter how many flights I cancel or breaks I put inti its flight plan.Â
I also leased a the same aircraft model with 50% condition it just got up to 100% before the first flight, completely normal...
Alright, I found the error: At 49% the plane won't book any transfer flights automatically anymore means you have to set one manually to the airport for the next flight happening after repairs.
